CATEGORIES AND DISTANCES:

Championship Sprint (16+) [5km run, 20km bike, 2.5km run]

Super Sprint 12+ [2.5km run, 10km bike, 1.25km run]

11-12 Age Group [1.25km run, 5km bike, 500m run]

9-10 Age Group [ 750m run, 2.5km bike, 350m run]

7-8 Age Group [500m run, 1.5km bike, 200m run]

6 & Under Age Group [250m run, 750m bike, 100m run]
