Deloitte is pleased to announce the promotions of Andra Serieux-Kirton to Director, Audit & Assurance and Miclos Swift to Director, Consulting.

Andra Serieux-Kirton is a seasoned audit leader with 15 years of public accounting experience at Deloitte. Throughout her career, she has led complex audit engagements across Barbados, Trinidad and the Eastern Caribbean, bringing additional deep sectoral expertise in financial services, insurance and retail. 

Miclos Swift joined Deloitte in June 2021, bringing with him an extensive background in financial services and bank regulation across the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU) and the wider Caribbean Community (CARICOM) region. He has developed deep expertise in regulatory and financial risk, enterprise risk management and corporate governance. 

Both new Directors have been recognized for their strong leadership and commitment to developing talent - and their contributions have strengthened client outcomes, reinforcing Deloitte’s position as a trusted advisor in the region.
