Copa Airlines, the leading Latin American carrier, continues to enhance its extensive route network with the addition of new destinations and the resumption of service to several cities across the region.

Following the successful launch of service to San Diego, California (SAN) on June 25, the airline is set to further expand its reach with the following updates:

September 2025

  • Salta, Argentina (SLA) – Service resumes on September 23
  • Tucumán, Argentina (TUC) – New service begins on September 24

December 2025

  • Los Cabos, Mexico (SJD) – New service begins on December 4

January 2026

  • Salvador, Brazil (SSA) – Service resumes on January 7
  • Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic (POP) – New service begins on January 13
  • Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic (STI) – Service resumes on January 15

These additions strengthen Copa Airlines’ position as a key connector of the Americas, offering travellers from Barbado even greater access to diverse cultural, leisure, and business destinations throughout the region.

Operating from its strategic hub at Tocumen International Airport in Panama City, Copa Airlines currently serves more than 85 destinations in 32 countries, with over 300 daily scheduled flights throughout North, Central, and South America, as well as the Caribbean.

From Barbados, travellers can enjoy convenient access to the entire Copa network with four weekly flights from Grantly Adams International Airport to Panama City, departing on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
