Porters Place is comprised of 21 free-standing villas in a quiet pocket of breezy, lush vegetation, in the parish of St James on the West coast of Barbados. Each luxury villa is positioned on a plot of approximately 5,450 sq. ft. offering either 3 or 4  bedrooms and 3 or 4 bathrooms respectively. The villas are architecturally designed to facilitate seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living, with each villa having its own solar water heater, photovoltaic system and rainwater collection water tank.
