A Vision Rooted in Culture and Community

178 apartments, 35 food and beverage units, retail and cultural spaces will be thoughtfully integrated with shaded walkways, landscaped public areas and green spaces. This is where heritage and sustainability intertwine – Blackwood's Screw Dock will stand proudly at the centre, with a visitor attraction dedicated to Barbados' rum story – all with sustainability at its core.
